In the movie Kramer vs. Kramer Joanna Kramer
leaves her husband Ted and her son Billy with no notice at all. I find that is
completely unjustified. To be sure she was going through a rough time, but most
of it could have been easy to resolve. She also left ted completely unprepared
for her leaving them alone. While she did recuperate there is no guarantee that
she would be able to provide a stable life for Billy since she walked out of
