I think that Ted did a very good job at taking care of Billy. In the begging Ted struggled a little bit with Billy. Ted was not aware of what it took to raise a child because he was not present a lot during Billys life. Joanna mostly took care of Billy and Ted worked to support them. Ted was also not aware of how Billy acted and his habits. When Billy was playing with his toys and knocked over his drink, Ted got very upset with him because he ruined his work. Ted yelled at Billy in the beginng becasue he was not used to dealing with child. After a while Ted adjusted to his new life with Billy. Ted was able to calm Billy down when he was crying and screaming about his mother and how he hated Ted. Over all i think that Ted did a very good job with taking care of Billy.
