In a lot of divorce cases the mother gets full custody of the child. Personally I don’t think that is fair in some cases. In “Kramer vs. Kramer” I thought it was wrong for Joanna to get the custody of Billy. Im not saying she doesn’t have the right to see him, but why should she win full custody when she was the reason for the divorce. Yes, I understand that Ted was always busy and that he never listened to Joanna or that he took her for granted, and she had issues but why couldn’t she talk to him, tell him she is having a problem and go get help. In my opinion I didn’t think it was wise to leave her son, because she had a problem with his father and then want him back because she thought he needed her.
