Does
it matter whether a child lives with his mom or his dad? Shouldn't both be able
to love and take care of the child equally as well? Explain your answer.
In my opinion I feel it is important for children to
live with both of their parents but if that isn’t an option I feel that either will
work fine. I was raised by my grandmother and although I may not be perfect I still
have grown to be a mature young lady. If I would have got the chance to live
with one or both of my parents I do believe that I would have turned out way different
and that I would not be the person I am today.

I do not feel that Joanna deserves custody of Billy
because I believe that it take certain characteristics to be a mother and that
she wasn’t really doing the right things in the end. It seemed that she was
just saying things to make the judge and her attorney believe her. Joanna had
simple things wrong with her that everyone has to deal with, and she decide to
run from them instead of dealing with them face on.
