I am someone who thinks with their heart. I have trust issues and it is really hard to crack that. I will not date someone for the fun of it or just to be in a relationship. I have to have feelings with the person. If I don't then it's not happening. I used to think with my head. If someone asked me out I was like sure a relationship that sounds fun. They didn't last long. It was just those middle school relationships where the most you do is hold hands. Now I am different. I like to get to know people before anything. I like to earn their trust and they earn mine. That takes time. If I am truly in love it can wait.
At the end of the movie Hal was thinking with his heart. In the beginning it was with his head, well in the very beginning. In the middle it was a little bit of both but by the end when he saw who she really was then he was thinking with his heart. At the end he saw who she really was and what she really looked like and that didn't turn him away. That is thinking with your heart. That is what Hal did.
