Hal was a shallow man before he met the love guru, He only appreciated good looks, not a good personality. By the end he became a very open minded person and really went against the views of society by going back to Rosemary but it was for the best. Even though Hal will be looked upon negativley based on his choices, he will be happily in love with Rosemary and that is all that matters. Hal's transformation ultimatley saved his life and his happiness.

I am somebody that follow's there heart and no my head, A big example in my life was my decision to do YAMO instead of football. I had played football my whole life and was one of the captians both my high school years but I decided to change things up. Just like hal when he decided to go against his routine by persuing his love for Rosemary. We both went for something we loved and it didn't necissarly agree with society's views.
